Just when we thought Kim Davis was gone from the media forever, she has popped up not once, but twice in the news this week.

First the Kentucky Clerk infamous for denying same-sex marriage licenses after the SCOTUS ruling said she is running for re-election to keep her post, but now the same gay man she refused to serve, David Ermold, wants to campaign for the same job.

A Louisville couple married in Ontario, Canada in 2004 filed a federal lawsuit Friday challenging the constitutionality of Kentucky laws that don't recognize same-sex marriages from other states.
