A 10,362 square-foot property on a prominent Hillcrest corner has been sold for $6.6 million, according to brokerage officials.

Nicholas Totah, first vice president from the Totah Group at Marcus & Millichap’s downtown San Diego office, represented the seller, a private investor, along with the buyer, Chris Garcia.

We're reviving Hillcrest's Sidewalk Flag Program. It's one of San Diego's oldest neighborhood improvement programs started by the old Hillcrest Lions Club. On patriotic holidays, we're installing hundreds of US Flags in sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

Sunday nights at Rich's San Diego have become the talk of the town after last week's launch of STUNT.

The new weekly format brings a new energy to Sunday nights, and is unique to any other venue in town. STUNT features interactive pop-up performances throughout the night on a runway in the middle of the main room dance floor.
