Bi Bar is a place for bisexuals to meet in San Diego

Bi Bar is a monthly meetup which creates a non-judgmental space for bisexuals and other LGBT self-identifiers.

Bisexuals in San Diego have a place to meet up and probably don’t even know it. It’s called Bi Bar, and organizer Dennis Slade says it’s a group that, “celebrates the positive aspects of being able to love people no matter what their gender is.”

Community feedback sought for LGBT arts center

Three local LGBT-affiliated organizations — San Diego Human Dignity Foundation (SDHDF), San Diego Lambda Archives and Diversionary Theatre — are seeking the public’s feedback on their plan to create San Diego’s first LGBT Cultural and Performing Arts Center (CPAC).

SDHDF purchases Diversionary Theatre building

San Diego Human Dignity Foundation (SDHDF) recently announced it purchased the University Heights-based Diversionary Theatre building, which is located at 4545 Park Boulevard and also houses Lambda Archives, for $1.2 million.
