With so many changes and updates in the ongoing fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, I am reaching out with an update about our Center, including:

Meet Pablo!

Adopt Pablo at the San Diego Human Society

Meet Pablo! This three-year-old Staffie mix is one-of-a-kind! I mean, look at that face--can he get any cuter? Of course, there's more than Pablo that meets the eye; he is a high-energy fellow that will need consistent, positive leadership and outlets to channel that energy in appropriate ways.

Like a rainbow emerging after a storm, South Bay Pride is returning this Saturday, Aug. 21 following its cancellation in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizers say they are returning stronger and bigger than ever.

The Center shares COVID-19 updates and resources

It seems hard to believe that it has nearly 17 months since the COVID-19 pandemic hit San Diego. After this difficult time, we were heartened and hopeful for a brighter chapter when the vaccines became widely available.
