Gus Hernandez: Senior Director of Communications & Marketing
We welcome Gus Hernandez (he, him, his) to the team as our new Senior Director of Communications & Marketing. Gus comes to The Center with more than 20 years of communications experience, and he holds a B.A. in Communication from Stanford University. Gus is a first-generation Mexican American who is fully bilingual in Spanish, and we are very excited about the opportunity his leadership and skillset bring to The Center and to our community. Jesus Sanchez: Volunteer Services Manager
We are also delighted to welcome Jesus Sanchez (he, him, his) as our new Volunteer Services Manager. Jesus comes to The Center with several years of nonprofit and volunteer management experience, including serving as the former Volunteer Manager at San Diego Pride. Jesus has a B.A. in TV Production, and an M.A. in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, and loves working with our LGBTQ community and volunteers.
