Christopher was a beloved member of San Diego's LGBT community, and longtime employee of Hale Media Inc.
Christopher D. Sheehan, 36, of San Diego, CA and formerly of Millville, MA, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020.
Born in Woonsocket, RI on June 6, 1984, he is the beloved son of David F. and Cynthia L. (Picard) Sheehan of Millville, MA. He is the loving brother of Meghan E. Sheehan and his cherished niece Abbygail and nephews Ian and Jacob. He also leaves his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Christopher was a successful Real Estate Agent, talented photographer, and multimedia expert. He was a devoted community volunteer for many organizations including San Diego Pride, Diversionary Theatre, Gay for Good, SD Pix, and Lambda Archives.
Christopher is loved by many. As Christopher would say - “all you wonderful creatures” - everyone he knew in California were not only friends but were his family. He was always willing to help those in need and did so happily. He could always put a smile on your face and lift your spirits. With his photography, he was able to capture beautiful memories for those around him. He strived to make personal connections with everyone he met, and it was his passion to serve his community. Christopher will be remembered by all his family and friends for the joy he brought into their life, by the beauty he captured in his photographs, and by his bright fun spirit he left in all of us.
