For the first time ever, anyone, anywhere can participate in the annual event usually held on Saturday of San Diego Pride weekend.
In consideration of the health and safety of their participants, volunteers, and community, Front Runners & Walkers is hosting their annual Pride 5K Run/Walk virtually this year.
For the first time ever, anyone, anywhere can participate. Community members near and far can participate as an individual or form a team with friends anywhere in the world. Participants will choose their own 5K route, their own starting time, and their own pace. Entry includes a Pride 5K neck gaiter, and participants can opt to add a 2020 t-shirt and 2020 finisher’s medal to their entry.
Those who participate will also be encouraged to take and share photos along their route to show off their pride.
The annual Front Runners & Walkers Pride 5K benefits the San Diego LGBT Community Center's youth programs, as well other community partners of San Diego Pride.
Those who don't want to participate in the 5K but want to support the event's beneficiaries are able to make a donation without registration.
