The athlete stayed for just over an hour and took pictures with fans.
It seems one of the first places ex pro-basketball star-turned U.S. ambassador Dennis Rodman wanted to visit after his recent trip to Singapore was San Diego, specifically Flicks nightclub.
Reports came into San Diego Gay and Lesbian News that the athlete visited the bar just after 5 pm on Friday and stayed for about an hour-and-a-half.
"It was him for sure," said Cookie, a bartender at Flicks. "He took some pics with people then his driver who was parked out back drove around and got him."
Rodman was recently in the news when he delivered an emotional interview regarding Trump's meeting with Kim Jong-un on June 10.
The NBA star struck up a friendship with Kim Jong-un himself about 5 years ago, when Kim revealed that he had considered Rodman a childhood hero.
“He’s more like a big kid, even though he’s small. He wants to come to America. He wants to enjoy his life," said Rodman after the 2013 summit.
