SAN DIEGO, California -- The San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus (SDGMC) and Wang’s North Park have joined forces to host what they are calling the biggest Oscars viewing party in San Diego on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 4 pm.
For the event, SDGMC and Wang’s are recreating that "old Hollywood" magic like being back at Grauman’s Chinese Theater. For just $35, guests can walk the red carpet and pose for pictures by the paparazzi, eat a full Wang's buffet dinner with a complementary glass of champagne (for those 21 and over), and everyone can enter a ballot to pick the Oscar winners with more than $500 in cash and prizes handed out.
The ceremony will be shown on multiple TV screens including a larger than life giant screen.
Tickets are limited to 300 guests, so those who wish to attend are encouraged to buy them now HERE.
For more information, contact Joe Gregore at email@example.com. Proceeds benefit the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus and its mission of changing lives one voice at a time.
Wang's North Park is located at 3029 University Ave.
SDGMC has entertained San Diego audiences for nearly 30 years. With more than 220 members, it is one of the largest gay choruses in the world. The group’s official mission is to create a positive musical experience through exciting performances that engage audiences, build community support and provide a dynamic force for social change.
