SAN DIEGO, California -- A limited number of tickets are still available for the annual LAUNCH Party, presented by the Rob Benzon Foundation, scheduled for Friday, July 18 from the 6-10 pm.
The fundraiser has become a very popular Pride weekend kickoff event for many San Diegans and 100% percent of the proceeds from ticket sales go directly back to the community in the form of grants.
Tickets include a hosted bar, unique chef's tables, and an extensive silent auction. The featured silent auction item is a 4- or 5-night Royal Caribbean Cruise of choice for two. Admission to the party starts at $60, with VIP options at $90, $250 and $300+. A student and military ticket is available for $25 with ID.
The Rob Benzon Foundation works to provide unexpected help and hope to individuals in the San Diego community who are suffering from a personal catastrophic event not of their making who are in need of emergency support for actual expenses.
The foundation was formed after the death of Rob Benzon in June 1999. This vibrant and inspirational 31-year-old drowned in a sudden ocean rip-current while on vacation in Acapulco, Mexico with many of the current board members. His sudden death was devastating to all those who knew him. Never a wealthy person, Benzon's friends say he gave generously with his money, his time, and his love and the foundation does its work in memory of him.

The party will take place at the Historic Burnham House at 3565 Seventh Ave. Tickets and additional information can be found HERE.
