SAN DIEGO -- The 19th Annual Walk for Animals is right around the corner, taking place Saturday, May 4 at a new location: NTC Park at Liberty Station.
The new location will offer plenty of parking and room for exciting new activities. The morning festivities include a delicious pancake breakfast, scenic two-mile walk with an optional half-mile walk, fun-filled doggie activities and contests, and array of vendor booths.
Participation in the Walk for Animals will help the San Diego Humane Society raise the vital funds needed to care for the 10,000 homeless animals that will come through its doors this year. With community support, the animals will be offered the second chance at happiness they so rightfully deserve.
