ADOPT ME! Cuddle up with Abigail!

Abigail is a black short haired mix cat. She is 1 year and 8 months old and has been spayed.

Why I'd make a great companion

I have been at the San Diego Humane Society since September, 2011. This means the staff here has had plenty of time to get to know me. Everyone tells me I am purr-fect because I am friendly, affectionate and social. I have a curious nature which keeps me excited about the world around me all day long! I am both sweet and sassy and I enjoy romping around the house, playing chase games and eating catnip, then curling up by your side for a long snuggle session. The 3 words that best describe me are spunky, stunning and magnificent. My volunteer caretaker says that I am a very sweet cat, a complete "love bug". I purr easily, am easy to hold and transport to the playroom, and love to use my scratching post. I am playful and love to explore. My delightful personality and spunky attitude are sure to keep any family entertained. I am also an excellent listener and promise to be your very best friend.

Type of home I'm looking for

I would do best in a home where I am the only pet, because I want all of your love and attention!

Other things you should know about me

During the Pick Your Purrfect Price Promotion for 2012, YOU can determine my adoption fee, which includes my spay, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, bag of food from Hill's Science Diet, and a certificate for a free veterinary exam!

During the adoption process a Humane Society Veterinarian will be present to explain my medical history, answer any questions, and share how to best care for me in the future.
