SAN DIEGO -- Townspeople is hiring a Finance Assistant to assist with the operations of the nonprofit organization's administration/finance department.
The job is being advertised as part time (about 25 hours per week), and is a non-exempt hourly position. The successful candidate will be hired on a temporary basis, from three to six months, with the possibility of permanent placement depending upon funding availability.
Townspeople assists more than 30,000 people find housing each year. The organization also provides supportive and affordable housing to low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and other special needs.
