“Catch the Spirit” will honor the individuals and organizations that are committed to improving the quality of life in San Diego’s LGBT community by promoting responsible philanthropy and enacting positive social change. Proceeds from the event will help the foundation continue its mission of serving and supporting the San Diego LGBT community.
Early-bird pricing is $75. The event includes a champagne brunch and harbor cruise tour of San Diego Bay. Event sponsorships are available for $300.
The cruise will run from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The foundation is the only one in the San Diego region dedicated to the benefit of GLBT people. The organization funds programs and projects that promote equal treatment, tolerance, wellness, well-being and human dignity.
Also, the foundation helps strengthen GLBT organizations and their leadership, while nurturing philanthropic giving to support GLBT people and address important issues such as aging, arts and culture, health and wellness, youth and families, and civil rights.
