SAN DIEGO -- City Councilmember Todd Gloria will be the featured guest at this month’s “Two Cents with Aaron Heier.”
The talk-show-style event will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, at The Center, 3909 Centre St.
Gloria formerly served as district director to Congresswoman Susan Davis and worked for the County of San Diego’s Health and Human Services Agency.
He has also volunteered to improve the community by working as a San Diego Housing Commissioner from 2005 until his November 2008 election as councilmember, and as a member of the Mid City Prostitution Impact Panel.
Gloria said his parents taught him to leave things that he cares about in a better condition than when he found them. And he is working to do just that.
The “Two Cents” event is a social and interactive experience with Heier interviewing influential men in the LGBT community.
After the interview, attendees are invited to a “mix and mingle” cocktail hour.
