80's pop star Boy George was the musical guest.
Even though their films have yet to officially celebrate LGBT diversity, Disney had its first-ever in-park Pride festival.
Called Magical Pride, Disneyland Paris created a parade with sister property Walt Disney Studios Park.
The celebration contained a Magic Lip Sync-Along competition and special musical guests including Corine and British band Years & Years with DJ sets from SindyKatz and Boy George.
The parade was just like one you would expect from a Disney Park with colorful floats upbeat procession music and appearances from both Disney and Pixar characters.
Hosts Mickey and Minnie made an appearance in new Pride clothing and a rainbow-inspired classic car.
They later participated in a meet-and-greet where they took pictures with guests and other characters.
Closer to home Gay Days at Disneyland in Anaheim happens this October 4-6, 2019. This is an unofficial event that Disneyland doesn't endorse, but supports.
