In yet another story about a ridesharing driver who kicked out a gay couple, this one actually lost his Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) operating license.

“It’s 2018 in New York City, and this isn’t the way we live anymore,” TLC spokesman Allen Fromberg said.

Emma Pichl, 24 and Alex Lovine, 26, were at a Brooklyn bar this past Saturday when they called for an Uber to take them to the East Village.

“We got over the Manhattan Bridge into the city. We were sitting on opposite sides of the backseat. At one point we leaned over and pecked kiss, very fast,” Pichl told The Post on Monday.

Pichl says five minutes later the Uber driver, Ahmad El Boutari, “pulled the cab over and said, ‘You should not do that … do not do that.’”

“He started yelling at us that we were disrespectful and inappropriate and that he wants us out of his car,” she adds. “We were going back and forth trying to understand.”

Boutari insists that what they did was illegal in a YouTube video captured seconds after they were put out on the curb.

Uber once again removed a homophobic driver from its service for going against their non-discrimination policy.
