
Here's a timeline for automobile access for Sunday, Oct. 30.
This Sunday, October 30, the San Diego County Bike Coalition will host the region’s fourth open streets event – CicloSDias.
The CicloSDias route passes through the communities of North Park, Normal Heights and City Heights, running along Adams Avenue to 30th Street and Lincoln Avenue and continuing to University Avenue. For a detailed map, please click here.
A timeline for automobile access along the route on Sunday, October 30, is as follows:
- 7 a.m. – No parking begins
- 9 a.m. – CicloSDias route officially closes to all vehicular traffic
- 10 a.m. – CicloSDias begins
- 3 p.m. – CicloSDias ends
- 4 p.m. – Driving and street parking accessibility along CicloSDias route resumes
In addition to the road closures along the official route, select side streets will also be affected.
Streets one block east of 30th Street and one block north and south of University Avenue will either be closed or reduced for motorized vehicle traffic.
Any cars parked in these areas will be towed.
The CicloSDias organizing team has been working hard leading up to Sunday to accommodate all residents, businesses, places of worship and others along the route that may be impacted that day.
