The International Imperial Courts of the U.S.A., Canada & Mexico & the National LGBTQ Task Force will again come together to honor LGBTQ pioneers, trailblazers & heroes at the National LGBTQ Wall of Honor at the historic Stonewall Inn on June 24.
The City of National City raised a Pride flag over its City Hall during a ceremony held today. The modern version of the Pride flag, the Progressive Pride flag, was chosen by city officials to fly in honor of Pride Month.
Mayor Todd Gloria today announced the appointments to his first LGBTQ Advisory Group. While Gloria is not the first City of San Diego mayor to have an LGBTQ Advisory Board, he is the City's first openly-gay Mayor.

Today, city officials hoisted the LGBTQ Pride flag over San Diego City Hall. This is the first that a Pride flag has flown on City Hall for all to see, although Pride flags have been displayed in the building's lobby in the past.
Pride is a time we come together to celebrate the beautiful diversity of our community, honoring the struggles we’ve overcome and the work we have yet to do. 2020 didn’t stop us, and in 2021 our resilience will continue to shine!
