SAN DIEGO — Former community organizer Sean Elo-Rivera was elected San Diego City Council President Monday in a move that was called surprising because Dr. Jennifer Campbell had been expected to serve a second one-year term in the post.

Nicole is a longtime LGBTQ activist who has done so much for not only the San Diego community, but for the international LGBTQ community as well.

He is currently the Queen Mother of the Americas for the International Imperial Court, a role he has held for nearly 15 years.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Walter Cole was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Except for his two years in the military for the Korean War, he’s never lived anywhere else. However, in his 91 years of life, he’s seen a lot.

“I'm a female impersonator, and my stage name is Darcelle XV,” Cole said.

He’s always loved theatre. In 1969, Cole discovered his “alter ego.”
