SAN DIEGO – A majority of readers of San Diego Gay & Lesbian News who took our poll say they believe that it is unfair to attack the spouse or significant other of a candidate running for office.
Our poll question was: Do you think it is fair to attack the spouse or significant other of a candidate running for office? Yes. No. Depends on context.
The results, which are not scientific, reveal that 56% of readers say they think that political attacks are unfair, 34% think it depends on the context, and 11% think it is fair.
The SDGLN Reader Poll is open for voting for seven consecutive days. A new poll question will debut each Monday.
