FST-7 or "Fascial Stretch Training" is a type of training that can be incorporated into your current muscle gain split. It is designed to give you the BEST PUMP possible and the way it works is that you use this method on the FINAL exercise of the bodypart you are targeting.
For example, in my routine I did 4 sets of 10 reps on both "Close-Grip Bench Press" and "Skull Crushers" and now for my final exercise "Weighted-Dips" instead of performing 4 sets of 10 reps, I'm going to utilize FST-7.
