Today Scott Herman shares his leg extension workout.
1. Maintain a neutral spine and sit so that the back of your knees touch the seat and so that your body is in a 90˚ angle.
2. Make sure the foot pad is just above the top part of your feet.
1. When you extend bring the weight high enough so you have a slight bend in your knees and when you come back down stop when the weights almost touch the rack so that your leg muscles stay engaged the whole exercise.
2. Be sure to keep your toes pointed up at all times (Dorsi Flexion).
