Need a quick routine to work your whole body? Here you go!
This is a four minute fat-loss workout that targets your legs, arms and abs - all in a quick four minute circuit.
You don't need any equipment, but an interval timer will make it much easier to time your workout.
Set your Gymboss interval timer to 50 seconds for the first timer and 10 seconds for the second timer.
You'll do all four exercises back to back for 50 seconds each with a 10 second rest between exercises. After one round, take a 30 second rest and do it again.
For a better workout, do 3-6 rounds. Trust me - you will see the difference fast!

Boot Camp Exercise #2: Side lunge with a hop (other side)
Boot Camp Exercise #3: Staggered push ups
Boot Camp Exercise #4: Ab triangle
Before you jump into the workout, make sure you warm up first. After your workout, it's really important to cool down and stretch to help your body recover quickly and to prevent injuries.
