Do this workout that targets your glute muscles and create long, lean and tone legs for this summer.
Complete this circuit of five exercises.
Use a Gymboss interval timer to time your exercises.
Set your 1st timer for 50 seconds and the 2nd for 10 seconds so that you do each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest between them.
After you complete a five minute circuit, take 30 seconds to rest and then do it again.
Give yourself a short rest at the end of your circuit - about 30 seconds, then do it all over again for 4-5 circuits total.
Before you jump into the workout, make sure you warm up first.
After your workout, it's really important to cool down and stretch to help your body recover quickly and to prevent injuries.
