In just six weeks you will be ready to take on this obstacle course at a higher level
San Diego area fitness enthusiasts will soon celebrate all the fun and fabulous divas here in town, at the exciting Diva Dash, run by Shape Magazine.
The Diva Dash is a three-mile women-only adventure style obstacle course that will test your strength, balance, agility and speed. It is the first of four events that will take place across the country.
San Diego's Diva Dash will be at Bonita Cove in Mission Bay on January 21, 2012.
It will be two days of fun dedicated to women's fitness with a fitness expo, music, food, prizes and lots of camaraderie, so bring your friends.
Early registration ends December 20, so register now because fees will continue to climb.
Dasher, dancer and DIVAS
To get you fit and prepared for this challenging obstacle course, Bootique Fitness has created a free, six-week program just for San Diego Divas wishing to participate in the Dash.
It consists of just four days per week and is a great combination of running, cross-training and core training and includes free entry into our Saturday boot camps in Mission Bay and La Jolla. We've also created some timed circuit training videos you can use at home.
Many of our divas have already signed up for the boot camps. They've posted on our Facebook page what time they are getting started, so that more Bootique divas can run together.
