Sean and I tackled some pretty thoughtful questions this week. We never knew black cherries were such a magical food for weightlifting!

I read that black cherries help cure DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) faster ... is this true? Are there any other ways?

Hi Scott. I worked out for about a year and a half, but then stopped for six months. You and the community have got me back in the gym, but I struggle to do half as much as I could before. I was wondering if it will take another year and a half to get back to where I was? Thanks.

Since I want results fast in terms of muscle mass, I have been doing at least six exercises for three sets at 6-8 reps. But I have been hearing that you should only be doing four to five exercises, per body-part, per day. Is doing too many exercises over-training?
