The short film is billed as a "queer-positive dark comedy."
A film short of "Drag Queens Must Die! A Queer-Positive Dark Comedy," will be showing at Fabulous Hillcrest's Walk in ART this month. The monthly art event in Hillcrest's Mural Alley is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 5 from 5-10 pm.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Writer/Director Robbie Kendall and Cinematographer Rachael Hastings.
Film synposis: Three Drag Queen Assistants leave the comfort of the Bay Area to explore the US on a ‘Wigs On Rigs’ tour with their respective Queens and find themselves in an unsettling situation following a suggested hate crime.
