Cher's first album in five years isn't one of original music, but a tribute to ABBA and we couldn't be more excited. She dropped the first single off the album, “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)" today on YouTube.

The rest of the album called Dancing Queen will be released on September 28.

This new music comes on the heels of the star's return to the big screen this year in yet another ABBA tribute, the sequel to the screen adaption of "Mamma Mia." She played worldly grandma Ruby Sheridan to the lead character in an extended cameo.

“I’ve always liked ABBA and saw the original Mamma Mia musical on Broadway three times,” Cher said in a statement. “After filming Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, I was reminded again of what great and timeless songs they wrote and started thinking ‘why not do an album of their music?’ The songs were harder to sing than I imagined but I’m so happy with how the music came out. I’m really excited for people to hear it. It’s a perfect time.”

This latest album is also a musical reunion with producer Mark Taylor who collaborated on Cher's "Believe" LP back in 1998.This will be Cher's first album since 2013's Closer to the Truth.
