The success of Netflix’s program department may be a harbinger of Dolly Parton’s new anthology series coming to the streaming service.

Her "9 to 5" co-star Lily Tomlin may have accidentally spilled the tea at an Emmy event over the weekend. When asked if Parton would join Tomlin and Fonda on their his series Grace and Frankie, Tomlin said she would love that, but the singer might be “too busy as she has her own Netflix project coming.”

This turned out to be true as Netflix confirmed the rumor this morning. Each episode of the eight-part series will focus on one of Parton’s popular songs, she will also be the executive producer and appear on the show reports New Now Next.

“As a songwriter, I have always enjoyed telling stories through my music,” Parton said in a statement. “I am thrilled to be bringing some of my favorite songs to life with Netflix. We hope our show will inspire and entertain families and folks of all generations, and I want to thank the good folks at Netflix and Warner Bros. TV for their incredible support.”

There are no details on when the show will premiere.
