In a new HBO series called We’re Here famous drag queens Shangela, Bob the Drag Queen, and Eureka embark on road trips across the nation in order to makeover contestants living in rural America. 

In Sylvan Oswald’s “A Kind of Weather,” a 30-something writer called Kid (August Forman) is a trans male in the process of writing his memoir about the transition for editor Rose (Andréa Agosto), who’s getting antsy about that manuscript.

Connor Jessup is seeing great success both in his professional life and personal life. Not only is his Netflix original show Locke and Key getting great reviews, but he confirmed over the weekend that he and fellow actor Miles Heizer of 13 Reasons Why are an item.

“Jitney” is part of playwright August Wilson’s 10-part “Pittsburgh Cycle” of plays chronicling African American life throughout the 20th century. The eighth in the series, it was the first written but the last to be performed on Broadway, in 2017.

Isak Dinesen’s 1958 short story “Babette’s Feast,” adapted for the stage by Rose Courtney, plays there through Feb. 16.

The film adaptation won the Best Foreign Film Oscar in 1987. The play, however, was adapted from the short story, not the film.
