Giving the presenters the wrong card for “Best Picture “at the 89th Annual Academy Awards wasn’t the only big flub at the Academy Awards on Sunday night. Another mistake you may have not noticed during the show has one movie producer setting things straight.

In the moving segment “In Memoriam,” where the Academy honors those who have passed in the last year, one face showed up that wasn’t supposed to be there.

As slides of influential Hollywood professionals flashed on the stage, the one for recently passed costume designer Janet Patterson faded in, but shockingly the photo was of the very much alive Australian producer Jan Chapman.

"I was devastated by the use of my image in place of my great friend and longtime collaborator Janet Patterson," Chapman told Variety. "I had urged her agency to check any photograph which might be used and understand that they were told that the Academy had it covered. Janet was a great beauty and four-time Oscar nominee and it is very disappointing that the error was not picked up. I am alive and well and an active producer."

Chapman and Patterson worked together on the 1993 drama “The Piano.”

The Academy did miss some names in their tribute, notably Florence Henderson and Robert Vaughn.
