Over 180 eateries will appease your palate for a special price during Restaurant Week.
San Diego is quickly becoming a destination known for its unique food and innovative restaurants.
From Sunday, September 25, 2016 through Sunday, October 2, San Diego will open up some of the best menus in town as San Diego Restaurant Week takes over the city.
With over 180 eateries participating this year, there is something for everybody.
One of the things that makes this event so unique are the locally grown produce items which are often incorporated into the entrees.
This is also true for locally grown grapes used in making a variety of wines distributed through San Diego wineries.
If you are more of a beer person, San Diego has a variety of craft beers that can accommodate your culinary offerings during Restaurant Week.
Or be adventurous and have both during this eight-day dining experience.
In order to take part in this scrumptious event, you only need to visit one of the participating restaurants for either lunch or dinner.
Lunch will be served as a two-course prix-fixe menu for only $10, $15 or $20 per person.
Dinner will be served as a three-course, prix-fixe menu for just $20, $30, $40 or $50 per person.
Organizers suggest that you make reservations at the restaurants you choose, although none are required.
Whether you want to find that next great restaurant for date night, or simply get out and see the city, San Diego Restaurant Week is a perfect way to create memories and have a wonderful dining experience at the same time.
