SAN DIEGO -- Who will be San Diego's "Most Original Stoli Guy?" Come find out this Friday, Aug. 16 at 8 pm at a special event at Rich's Nightclub.
The free event, which will feature appearances by celebrities such as Jai Rodriguez and Andrew Christian, will include the competition, music, dancing, Stoli drinks, and fun. Legendary dance-music singer Debby Holiday will also there as a judge and guest artist.
The event, which is presented by GayCities, will also benefit LGBT charities that work everyday in the fight for equality.
In a message from GayCities, it was announced that Stoli's parent company will make a donation on behalf of the competition, which is taking place in four cities:
In lieu of the national Stoli boycott by some in the LGBT community, GayCities has convinced SPI (Stoli's parent company) to donate $5 to LGBT charities for each person who RSVP's and attends The Most Original Stoli Guy Live in San Francisco, San Diego, Dallas and D.C.
GayCities is currently in discussions with SPI to select an international beneficiary that works directly in affecting change for LGBTs in Russia. The organization will be revealed live at The Most Original Stoli Guy finale, which GayCities will stream live from NYC this September.
