VIDEO: GLAAD's What To Watch on Tuesday

Tonight catch the series premieres of "All The Right Moves" and "HGTV Design Star All Stars," as well as the season finale of "Jane by Design;" plus new episodes of "Pretty Little Liars," "The L.A. Complex" and "White Collar."

8 pm: Pretty Little Liars on ABC Family (1 hr) NEW

Emily is struggling with the loss of Maya and trying to come to terms with the knowledge that she was drugged "that night" and how that has hurt Paige. Spencer makes a deal with Caleb to hack a website that might finally hold answers for them. Meanwhile, Aria meets Ezra's mother and learns she may not know as much about him as she had thought.

9 pm: The L.A. Complex on CW (1 hr) NEW

Kaldrick returns to the studio to work on his new album, but he is barely holding it together since leaving the hospital. Connor gets Raquel a role on his series, and Nick and Abby's relationship is tested.

9 pm: Jane by Design on ABC Family (1 hr) SEASON FINALE

Jane donates her bonus check to save the school play and gets the staff of Donovan Decker to help with costumes, but she may end up sacrificing more than just money.

9 pm: HGTV Design Star All Stars on HGTV (1 hr) SERIES PREMIERE

Past contestants return for a second chance at glory in this new series hosted by out designer and personality, David Bromstad.

9 pm: All The Right Moves on Oxygen (1 hr) SERIES PREMIERE

Out dancer and Emmy-nominated choreographer ("So You Think You Can Dance," "Dancing with the Stars") Travis Wall and friends Teddy Forance, Nick Lazzarini and Kyle Robinson launch Shaping Sounds dance company. Check out a clip below and watch the rest of the guys interviews on Oxygen.

9 pm: White Collar on USA (1 hr) NEW

Neal and Peter investigate a widow suspected of fraud, but Neal is left floundering when the con turns real and he begins to develop feelings for the woman.

This morning and afternoon, check your local listings for information about Ellen, The Nate Berkus Show, The Talk (CBS) and The Chew (ABC). Days of Our Lives on NBC (check local listings for time) features gay character Will as a series regular; keep an eye out for developments between Will and recurring gay characters Sonny and Neil.
