VIDEO: GLAAD's What To Watch on Thursday

Tonight, don't miss the season premieres of "The Real L Word" and "Big Brother," as well as a brand new episode of "Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell."

9 pm: Big Brother on CBS (1 hr) SEASON PREMIERE

Season 14 kicks off tonight with 12 new cast members and four surprise returning guests who will be competing for their own separate prize. This season's cast includes lesbian rocker Jenn Arroyo from New York and Wil Heuser, a gay marketing consultant from Kentucky.

10 pm: The Real L Word on Showtime (1 hr) SEASON PREMIERE

The Season 3 premiere takes the ladies to both coasts, capturing their escapades in both Los Angeles and Brooklyn. Joining the cast for season three are stylist Sara and jewelry company CEO Lauren in Los Angeles. The New York cast features Hunter Valentine rockers Kiyomi and Somer and socialite and real estate agent Amanda. Past regular cast members Whitney (who has history with newcomer Sara), Romi and married couple Cori and Kacy all return for the season. Catch a sneak peek of the wild new season below.





10 pm: Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell on Food Network (1 hr) NEW

This week contestants vie for the executive chef position at the newly renovated Todd English Olives in Manhattan. The chefs must gather ingredients from a local farmers market and create seasonal handmade pasta. The top two compete in the craziest night of dinner services yet.

This morning and afternoon, check your local listings for information about Ellen, The Talk (CBS) and The Chew(ABC). Days of Our Lives on NBC (check local listings for time) features gay character Will as a series regular; keep an eye out for developments between Will and recurring gay characters Sonny and Neil.
