8 pm: Pretty Little Liars on ABC Family (1 hr) NEW

Emily gets some surprising news about her English exam; Spencer learns more than she wanted to when she investigates why her mother has taken on Garrett as a client; and Aria agrees to be Jenna's accompanist to keep tabs on her.

9 pm: Jane By Design on ABC Family (1 hr) NEW

Jane worries that everyone seems to have forgotten her birthday, but the party from Ben and Billy won't be her biggest surprise.

9 pm: HGTV Design Star on HGTV (1 hr) NEW

The finalists work with neighboring home owners to create and decorate a family room that connects an adjacent outdoor space.

10 pm: The Glee Project on Oxygen (1 hr) NEW
