Mitchell and Cameron's home is being fumigated so they move in with Gloria and Jay, but the older couple may regret having them as house guests. Phil is excited about a new business opportunity and doesn't realize how inappropriate his partner acts around Claire.

Valentine's Day is not going well for anyone in the group. Max finds himself stuck driving a limo for the guy he dumped last Valentine's Day, Penny wants to break up with her boyfriend, Brad's perfect date with Jane takes a turn for the worst, and Dave fears getting dumped by his new girlfrend.

Jack decides to take action to fix his life, Charlotte and Emily are taken aback by a big reveal and are unprepared to deal with the news, and Conrad's father visits the Hamptons while Victoria involves him in her new plot against Conrad.

10 pm: The Challenge: Battle of the Exes on MTV (1 hr) NEW

Injuries on several teams could be the crucial difference in tonight's task. Dunbar and Paula try to work on their issues, while Abram is concerned about the complicated relationship with his partner Cara Maria.
