When Our History Isn't Told, We Must Tell It Ourselves

We are the Lesbian Bar Project and we aim to celebrate, support, and preserve the remaining Lesbian Bars that exist in the United States. We hope to ensure the Bars not only survive but thrive in a post-pandemic landscape.

For over three decades, the Imperial Court de San Diego, community supporters, and the San Diego LGBT Community Center have been feeding thousands of people during the holidays because of the generosity of so many of you. Families, homeless individuals, and more have benefited.

Well it's 2020 and with COVID-19 and the need is greater with so many people losing there jobs, etc. 

AIDS Walk & Run San Diego is one of the most cherished and important HIV fundraisers for the local organizations who work hard all year long to provide HIV services and prevention programs.

The 18th annual San Diego Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) will take place virtually on Friday, Nov. 20 from 7- pm on the Project TRANS at The Center Facebook page.

The Take What You Need food distribution, which was started as a grassroots efforts this past May and has grown into a weekly community-wide effort, is hosting its first food drive in advance of the holidays.
