SAN DIEGO – You can enjoy one of the hottest food trends – and some of the most amazing cuisine – and support HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs at the same time.
On Thursday, April 28, a gathering of some of the area’s most sought-after food trucks will gather in the parking lot of The Center from 5 to 9 pm as part of the fifth annual Dining Out for Life San Diego.
Each will each donate a minimum of 25% of their day’s sales to the event. The Center is located at 3909 Centre St., San Diego, CA 92103.
All money raised locally support HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs at The Center.
The participating food trucks include Corner Cupcake, Deviliciious, Food Junkies, Green Truck, India on Wheels, KalibiQ, Miho Gastrotruck, Ms. Patty Melt, Super Q Food Truck, Sweet Treats Truck and Two for the Road.
“The food truck community is very excited about supporting Dining Out for Life and The Center's HIV/AIDS services that this event helps fund,” said J.R. Kaminski, owner of Super Q Food Truck. “When you get ‘foodies’ to support Dining Out for Life, you can expand the universe of people supporting this event.”
